If you decide to share your education, work experience, skills, photo, city and/or area and endorsements, this is all collected.

Your contacts (and your contacts contacts)

If you chose to upload/give access to your address book. This goes both ways, if one of your contacts chooses to do the same.

Your calendar (and your contacts calendars)

If you chose to upload/give access to your calendar. All events, times, places, attendees and contacts is collected.

Your email headers

If you chose to sync email accounts, "email headers" will be collected to look for other members.

What others share about you

Articles, posts, comments and videos that mention and/or include you. Also public available information is collected, such as professional-related news and accomplishments.

Information from partners

If you use services from LinkedIn's partners, this information is shared back and collected. This may include, but not be limited to cookies, device ID, browsers etc.

Your usage

Via diagnostics, website and app visits, clicks and viewing of content, interactions with ads (on or off LinkedIn), search history, app versions, posts and sharing of others' posts.
